Avenue7 Photography is on the hunt for senior reps!

We need:
• fun, style, & lots of personality
• Be a current high school junior graduating in 2014
• Live in Harris or Montgomery County
• Be available to have one session completed before May 10th, 2012
• Agree to tell your friends and classmates about Avenue7 Photography and share your senior portraits with them.
• Have your parents or legal guardians sign a model release form
• Agree to represent ONLY Avenue7 Photography 

The goods:

• Free photo session(s) with unlimited clothing changes. Photos may be completed in one session or several sessions. Several locations may be used, chosen by Avenue7
• 50 personalized referral cards to give to friends and classmates with your name, your portraits, and our business information to hand out to friends
• Several of our favorite photos as low-resolution, watermarked files to share on social networking sites
• Personalized album for your mobile device
• Discounts on your print orders (discounts apply to orders purchased before expiration of gallery) - no exceptions or transfers
• A $50 gift card will be awarded to the representative with the highest number of photo business cards turned in by Sept 31, 2013.

Referral Discounts:
1-5 Referrals – 10% off print order and $15.00 print credit per referral
6-10 Referrals –15% off print order and $25.00 print credit per referral
11-15 Referrals –25% off print order and $30.00 print credit per referral
16+ Referrals – 40% off print order and $50.00 print credit per referral

How it works:

• When your referrals book a paid session and bring in your rep card you will receive the above mentioned discounts according to the amount of referrals you bring. 
• You will receive your Rep Cards by May 1, 2013.
• You only receive credit for referrals earned before your Full Senior Session is completed. This will be between November 2013 and February 2014.
• If accepted, you will be representing Avenue7 Photography and telling your friends about our Senior Sessions throughout your senior year. Be sure to let your junior friends know also, so they will have a chance to apply for the 2015 program.
• The classmate(s) must present a referral card in order to be eligible. All referred classmates will receive 10% of their session with a valid referral card. Your participation in the program will not only introduce you to a new way of cutting edge, personalized photography, but also a way to earn incentives toward your session for senior portraits at little or no cost.

The fine print:

• The first photo session must be completed by May 1st of your junior year and remaining sessions scheduled prior to August 1, 2013.  
• Parents or legal guardians of the senior rep must sign a model release, allowing us to use your images for our advertising purposes. 
• A valid Senior Portrait Rep Referral Card must be presented by a referred student in order to receive any credits toward prints. Credits will only be issued when a referred senior’s session is complete and all fees are paid in a timely manner by the referred senior. 
• The program is first come, first serve, so act fast if you are interested.

Interested students should submit all information by Friday, February 22, 2013. Reps will be chosen March 1st by Avenue7.  Reps will be contacted if chosen and announced on the Blog and on Facebook. Make sure your contact info is correct.

No more than two reps will be chosen from each school.

"T" Family {Spring Family Photographer}

I actually met the T family the day before Thanksgiving.  It was the perfect day for photos.  We had a great time...and then came my computer.  My computer "ate" 90% of their images.  Sad thing is, I backup my photos on a separate external hard drive.  However, my drive was full so I made the biggest mistake a photog could....NEVER TRUST YOUR COMPUTER!  I was devastated!  Worse, I had to tell them about it but....they were AWESOME!  This session, take two as I call it; was better than the first!  Images are amazing!  You know when you see it in camera and you just want to run home FAST and get it edited, that it's a keeper!  I am in love.  LOL. I have to many faves to even post but here we go.  The light, oh the light!  This is why it's my most favorite time to shoot.  LOVE!!

1st Session of 2013, rescheduled...booooo

well, it's the 1st work day of 2013 and what do we have????  a high today of 48 and drizzle.  NOT cool mother nature.  i'm totally bummed!  what to do...what to do....organize i suppose. i guess that means i'll be putting to use some of these awesome pins i have saved. hahaha!
